‒ DELIVERY TIME 

When the payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EET will not be shipped out until the next business day. Orders placed after 9 am EET on a Friday, likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

As soon as your purchase ships, you will receive an email containing your package’s tracking information. To track your order, simply use provided tracking number on UPS’ official website.

The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to an urban area.

‒ SHIPMENT COSTS

We offer free shipment for orders over 40 Eur to the countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.

An additional shipping cost for orders that do not reach 40 Eur depends on the delivery country. Shipment costs will be shown during check out when delivery country is chosen.

Please note: for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be a subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
